Order Processing (Handling Time)
Standard Parts:
Orders for in-stock items are processed the same day if placed before 4PM and dispatched the next business day.
Custom Products:
Custom-made items, including custom Sur-Ron seats and moto seats, require 2–3 business days handling time before dispatch.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
All orders are shipped via next day delivery services.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.
Please note that shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on selected products, including motors and batteries.
For custom products such as Sur-Ron seats, international shipping must be arranged directly with us before placing your order, as shipping requirements and costs may vary.
Delivery times and shipping costs depend on destination and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.
