We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Custom Products (Non-Returnable)
Custom-made products, including but not limited to custom Sur-Ron seats and moto seats, are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Due to the personalised nature of these items, all custom sales are final.
If a custom product arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately with clear photos and your order number so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
